Lover's Labz provides AI automation, machine learning development, custom software engineering, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom software and marketing materials developed specifically for a client remain the property of the client upon full payment. Lover's Labz retains ownership of its proprietary AI frameworks, internal tools, and methodologies used during the project.
4. Limitation of Liability
Lover's Labz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our AI models or software. We do not guarantee specific financial results, as market conditions and external platform algorithms are beyond our control.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Detroit, MI.
